Hi Lifetickers,

Some of you may have noticed some strange behaviours with email reminders in the last 24 hours. This included reminders not being sent or too many being sent. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and can advise for now that the issue appears to be resolved. We will continue to monitor this in the coming days, but welcome any further feedback. Thank you to those switched on Lifetickers who were able to notify us very promptly of the situation. We are also monitoring system performance to ensure the application continues to run smoothly.
