We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard).
For Australian residents, 10% GST is included in the price. We do not offer refunds. Please refer to the Lifetick Personal pricing page and Lifetick Coach pricing page for specific details on prices.
Lifetick product:
If you have a non-auto renewing subscription; an email will be sent to you 14 days before your annual licence expires reminding you of the impending expiry at which point you may pay for a further 12 month period if you wish to continue on the Full version.
If you have an auto-renewing subscription; an email receipt will be sent to your registered email address once payment has been received. You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Should your Full version expire, you will be immediately returned to the Free version. Meridian 86 accepts no responsibility for restriction of access to data in this instance. Renewing your account to Full version will make all data available again.
Payment via Credit Card: Your new account expiry date will come into effect as soon as we are notified that your payment has been received
Payment via PayPal: Your account will be extended to a new expiry date as soon as we are notified from PayPal that payment has been received
Lifetick Coach product:
1. When first signing up for a Lifetick Coach plan you will be provided with a 14 day free trial. You are not required to enter credit card details until the end of the trial and only if you wish to continue.
2. Lifetick Coach calculates the monthly cost of the account automatically using the following pricing structure:
3. Users can be added or removed at any time. However, billing will only take into consideration the number of users you have on the billing date. For example: If you start the month with 39 users and a week later you add 11 more, then at the end of the month (and not before) you will be charged for 50 users (the current total of your users).
4. Lifetick Coach is billed monthly in advance. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account. If you have any concerns or questions about your payment, contact [email protected]
5. You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
